I am a SAHM to 4 beautiful children. We are home educators.
All 4 have been birthed at home. All 4 have been breastfed. One still is.
I am into gentle parenting, gentle birthing and breastfeeding.
I love cooking, walking, my chooks, my vegie garden, my old house and my family and my friends. I don't have time for a hobby! My family is my life and I love that.

April doing what she loves
April has discovered Harry Potter. I am wondering what she will do with her life when she gets to the last book.
In 2000 I had been backpacking for about 6 months, and had not read a newspaper or seen a news report in forever, and arrived in London. I was on a train and 3 people sitting around me were reading Harry Potter 'The Goblet of Fire'. That night in the hostel a news reporter was talking about how many million copies sold in the first week. I had never heard of Harry Potter and was wondering what all the fuss was about. Later that month I was walking past a book shop and went in to look and bought 'The Philosopher's Stone' I was hooked, I could not put it down and stayed up nearly all night reading it. It was an incredibly enjoyable experience to read such a fantastic tale. The next day I went back to purchase the second book :)
