This picture does really warm my heart. It is my daughter Ivy, 3 getting to know her minutes old little brother Maurice. This little girl has seen two babies born. I hope for her that birth is just another part of life. It was so perfect that I did not have to be separated from my baby girl to bring this little fella into the world. And his arrival at a bit before 7am was just after she woke up. Her big sis was there too, but a little camera shy on the day. Seeing this baby born was normal for my girls. I love that.
